About Anita:

As a Certified UC Berkeley Executive Leadership Coach and former business development and technology executive, I combine extensive experience delivering results at scale and building high performing teams with providing insightful coaching, facilitating breakthroughs and delivering impactful results. I’ve led small teams, large teams, single-focus teams, and complex teams delivering a wide array of services. I served in senior leadership positions for more than half of my career and have had a birds-eye view in how organizations fail and thrive. I believe that everyone comes to work with a desire to make a positive contribution, but the work environment can be complex and intimidating. My coaching practice offers clients the ability to explore the important questions in their work lives, develop and fine-tune their goals, and create an action plan for getting the results they desire.
I am a native of Washington State and attended the University of Washington for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees and post tech career, completed my coaching certification at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. I am active in my community through board leadership positions. I enjoy doing just about anything that anyone invites me to do except if it involves heights :). My particular loves are spending time with my husband, children, family, and friends; riding my bike; and reading any book, magazine, or newspaper that is handy.
